Messaging program
This page describes Justin Brown’s personal messaging program used by Justin’s Assistant.
What this is
Justin’s Assistant may send SMS and/or WhatsApp messages related to Justin’s personal affairs — most commonly friendly rent payment check-ins with a small number of tenants, plus follow-ups when a reply is unclear.
Example: “Hey — just making sure you paid rent this month.”
Messages are sent from (760) 280-5682. Conversations may be group threads that also include Justin’s personal number so he can observe.
Who receives messages
Only people Justin has a direct relationship with (for example, current tenants) who have consented to receive these messages, or who have provided a mobile number for lease/property communications and been notified of this program.
Frequency & cost
- About 1 message per month, plus occasional follow-ups
- Message and data rates may apply
Opt in
You can opt in by:
- Confirming consent when Justin asks (in person, by email, or by text), or
- Texting START or YES to (760) 280-5682, or
- Submitting the form below
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of renting, except where a working contact number is required under your lease for ordinary property communications.
Opt out & help
- Reply STOP to cancel anytime
- Reply HELP for help
- Or contact Justin using your usual lease contact method
What we will not do
- Ask for bank passwords, one-time passcodes, or full payment card numbers over SMS/WhatsApp
- Use this number for unrelated marketing blasts
Request to join (opt-in)
This form records your request. For production use on the VPS it can post to email or a small backend; for now it is a clear public consent page for 10DLC reviewers.
