What this is

Justin’s Assistant Messaging is a property-management SMS program operated by Justin Brown (sole proprietor). Justin owns the residential rental properties covered by this program and communicates directly with his own tenants, who pay rent directly to him, regarding property matters, including occasional rent-payment check-ins and related follow-ups. Messages go only to tenants who have opted in.

Example: “Justin’s Assistant Messaging: Hi — checking in on this month’s rent. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Messages are sent from (760) 280-5682 and are triggered by Justin’s Assistant application workflows.

Who receives messages

Only tenants of residential rental properties owned by Justin Brown, who pay rent directly to Justin, and who have opted in to receive these messages.

Consent to receive these messages is optional and is never a condition of renting or of any lease, payment, or property transaction. You can decline messaging and still rent and communicate about the property through your usual lease contact methods.
