This Privacy Policy describes how Justin Brown (“I,” “me”) collects, uses, and shares information when operating Justin’s Assistant messaging for personal affairs, including SMS/WhatsApp rent check-ins.

- Basic delivery metadata from messaging providers (e.g. Twilio)
- Optional information you submit via forms on this website
I do not collect payment card numbers, bank login credentials, or government ID through these messages.
How information is used
- To send occasional personal/property-related messages
- To receive replies and keep Justin in the loop (including group threads)
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the messaging program
Sharing
Messaging is delivered through providers such as Twilio, which process message data on my behalf. I do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Retention & security
Records are kept only as long as needed for property management, dispute resolution, and legal/accounting purposes. Reasonable security measures are used; no method is 100% secure.
