This Privacy Policy describes how Justin Brown (“I,” “me”) collects, uses, and shares information when operating Justin’s Assistant Messaging for property-related SMS (including rent check-ins) with people who have opted in.

Basic delivery metadata from messaging providers (e.g. Twilio)

I do not collect payment card numbers, bank login credentials, or government ID through these messages.

To send opted-in property-related messages (such as rent check-ins)
To receive replies and operate the messaging program
To secure and troubleshoot the messaging program

Sharing

Messaging is delivered through providers such as Twilio, which process message data on my behalf to send and receive texts. I do not sell personal information. I do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
