Effective date: September 28, 2026 · Operator: Justin Brown
Agreement and acceptance
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of Justin’s Assistant and its related integrations (the “Software”), operated by Justin Brown (sole proprietor), Victorville, California. By connecting an account to, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Who this applies to
The Software is private, internal software operated by Justin Brown for his own businesses (for example, Scorpion Fire Protection) and for individuals he specifically authorizes to use it. It is not sold, licensed, or offered to the public.
License grant
Subject to this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software solely for internal business purposes of the businesses operated by Justin Brown.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by law; (b) sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software; (c) access or attempt to access the Software, connected accounts, or data without authorization; or (d) use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms.
QuickBooks and Intuit data
The Software accesses QuickBooks Online data only with the account owner’s authorization through Intuit’s OAuth process. That data is used only to provide the Software’s billing, invoicing, collections, and accounting functions. It is not sold and is not shared for marketing purposes.
Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app from the QuickBooks Online account’s Apps settings, or by contacting Justin Brown at justinb673@gmail.com. For more information, see the QuickBooks App Privacy Policy at https://justinsassistant.com/app-privacy/
Third-party services
The Software connects to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them. The Software is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
Ownership
The Software, including all related code, content, and intellectual property, is owned by Justin Brown and is licensed, not sold. Business data you connect to the Software remains the property of its owner.
Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. Justin Brown may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice. Your license ends automatically if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Users remain responsible for reviewing invoices, payments, and accounting records produced or updated with the Software.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Brown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
